I love green apple, it's one of my all time favorite scents.I usually use Aveda or one of the high end salon varieties.I saw this at the local grocer and for the price and the scent...why not?And...I'm not really noticing a whole lot of difference between this and the more expensive salon brands.Granted I have super short hair, maybe if I had longer hair I would notice but with my hair at this length, no.Cheap.Effective.Recommended.

Suave shampoo is one of those products that I've used for most of my life. I've tried more expensive shampoo over the years but keep coming back to Suave simply because it works very well and it costs very little. Usually I'm a huge proponent of the 'you get what you pay for' way of thinking. However, there are exceptions that prove the rule, and this is one of them! I usually switch the variety each time I buy more just to keep things interesting, but aside from that, I've been pretty much using Suave for 15+ years.That said, I have short, uncomplicated hair that's only dislike is conditioner (it makes parts of my hair stand on end for no apparent reason). I don't do much styling aside from a little Fiber Molding Creme to spike the front a little bit, so my shampoo needs are probably not as complicated as someone with long, curly hair. For a guy (or woman with short hair) this stuff is perfect and does exactly what I need it to: clean my hair. It's worth trying even if you think you might not end up loving it, simply because it's inexpensive, so if it doesn't work out, you've lost nothing.For the price, I can't find a shampoo that is as good. This is straight up the least expensive but highest quality shampoo out there. Recommended to anyone without complicated hair, for use with kids, or as an alternative to more expensive shampoo that does exactly the same thing.Note: I'd recommend getting this directly from Amazon if possible to take advantage of their free shipping.

I am fourteen years old, and I was trying to find the right shampoo for my hair. I have tried every product out there from Garnier, Tressemme, Pantene and Matrix. I even went all out and totally spent all of my $60.00 of birthday money on stupid Wen. All of these shampoos that I have listed here made my hair overly oily/greasy, flat, and dull. I also have severe asthma combined with severe, chronic bronchitis and sinus disease and, all of these shampoos (including Wen)made me burst into full-blown wheezing in the shower. Then, I found Suave Naturals shampoos and this one (Suave Juicy Green Apple). I decided to try this one, along with the Suave Daily Clarifying shampoo when I was in the store, one again, looking like the idiot trying to choose the right shampoo as usual. Anyways, when I got home and was applying the Suave Juicy Green Apple in my hair, it felt different...I don't know...nice for once! The smell is SO good (like a crisp, granny smith apple, which I really like), and it didn't cause my asthma to flare up this time as well. When I was rinsing it out, it didn't feel oily either, like the Tressemme, Garnier, or Wen did either. I was so suprised when my hair dried. All the gunk left behind from all the months of using Garnier and Wen had been all stripped from my hair...in just one use! And the shine..unbelievable. When I used the Suave Daily Clarifying, the same result happened..shiny and sleek. Now, my friends (who use Wen) ask me "what shampoo do you use on your hair? It looks so healthy" I say, "I just use Suave", and they all look at me, dumbfounded. Even strangers ask me the same, "what do you use on your hair? It looks so shiny!", and I say the same answer. Even my hairstylist is suprised how healthy my hair has become. Suave will save your hair! just give it a chance, like I did! I would highly recommend this product to people who have had the same struggles as me! Suave knows how to make a real shampoo! That's all I have to say :)
