This DHS Tar Shampoo seems to do the job and the fragrance is not as irritating to me as the Neutrogena T-Gel. My husband has a skin condition that requires use of a tar shampoo, but every time he used T-Gel, its fragrance/odor really turned me off and made my throat constrict. DHS Tar Shampoo has a mild fragrance, does not smell like "tar," and is recommended by the allergist. It is priced competitively compared to T-Gel. He likes it, so I like it better.
