I have tried many shampoos. This shampoo actually leaves your hair moisturized and clean, no residue, just moist, supple hair. I will continue to use this shampoo. Great for relaxed hair, because it needs moisture to prevent breakage.

I have tried many, many different shampoos. I like to color my hair a lot so there is some damage, and generally my hair is very hard to detangle. Other shampoos have left my hair feeling really stripped after using-- but with this shampoo my hair feels really good and detangling is significantly easier. I will stay loyal to this shampoo for this reason, even though it costs a bit more. Also, the shampoo itself feels very rich and thick and the lather is good. I feel like the shampoo is less watery/more concentrated than other shampoos, making it a better value for the size of the bottle.

Mizani is one of the best professional grade product lines for African-American hair.My stylist uses this product regularly along with other products from the Mizani line when I go in for an appointment.I use Mizani on my own when I need to shampoo my hair and it's the best. It leaves hair clean, but not stripped of essential oils and works as a great clarifier.I usually use it before and after I do a hot-oil treatment every two weeks or so. Highly recommended.
