The product is very nice, it has cleared up my head condition. However I had such issues with the seller [...]. They first told me the product was on backorder 10 days after I made the purchase, then I told them I wanted to cancel the product, then 5 days later it came in the mail. I wrote to the company asking why the sent it and they didn't apologize or anything. I would defiantly get this product, just somewhere else.

I have tried many things for psoraisis but as someone who gets her hair highlighted and low-lighted on a regular basis, I wanted something that was also good for my hair. This is great! Helps my scalp and is the most gentle one I have found on my hair. Everything Alterna has is brilliant! I have also noticed that Alterna's Kendi Oil on my scalp at night helps my psoraisis too and smells MUCH better than most other oils...
