I ordered the Mizani ThermaSmooth shampoo and ThermaSmooth conditioner from Costsell.com. I immediately knew something was wrong when the shampoo poured out of the bottle like water. It actually looked like milk and it didn't clean my hair. I called the Mizani company and was told that the products I bought were a "diversion." In other words, they're not true Mizani products, Further, I was told that Costsell.com isn't an authorized Mizani dealer and therefore cannot sell Mizani products. Costsell.com responded to my email claiming that they check every product they send. Sure! They haven't offered to refund my money or accept the return of the product. Before you order be sure that any Mizani product you buy is from an authorized Mizani dealer. You can do this by calling the Mizani Company at 1 877 726 3624. If you don't, you could get burned like I did.

mizani is the best salon product for african american hair. the shampoo smells soooooo good and it is the best shampoo ive ever used this is defenetely a permanent part of my hair regimen. the bigger the bottle the better.

I use this whole 4 step system(shampoo, conditioner, serum, spray), and man am I in love. It really makes my hair sleek smooth and shiny. Not sure if I should be saying this but I had a few of my Caucasian friends tell me my hair looks good the go on to touch it.. they immediately felt their hair after I guess to see if it was just as soft. They told me my hair was soo soft and theirs wasnt even like that. I thought that was pretty crazy and I get compliments all the time. So if you want smooth, sleek, shiny, and super soft hair, buy this shampoo along with the other 4 step products. Its really worth it and buying in bulk like this saves a lot of money !!
