For this price and volume this is a great product! I used before 2-3 times per week.Now -only 1 time for preventing any fungus or inch. It works. First, use you regular shampoo and wash hair, take just one small coffee spoon of this product(please, shake before). Comb your hair ( you can add just little water to make big foam).Wait 2-3 minuts. Check your eyes!Rinse. Use conditioner to make your hair more soft.RinseTaday 2013, I have just bought selenium shampoo again for profilactics. I just want to say, that privius shampoo was different. First it was white and blue color bottle, the liquid inside was nice smooth blue color too. This shampoo has dark blue-greenish color of liquid. I do not feel the same as after privius shampoo. I need time to test and I will come back to write more.

I have to wear a hat. I started having a break out of bumps like acme about four years ago. Finally found out this is a fungus. The Rugby shampoo was recommended to take care of the problem. It did a great job. No more problems!!!!
