My doctor perscribed this product for my continuing problem with dermatitus of the scalp. It works like a charm. It lathers up very well and always leaves my hair nice and clean. They have tried to give it a fragrance that is not so over-the-top medicinal and it's not too bad. It does smell like a medicated shampoo. Overall, it is a good product that I will continue to use for as long as I need it.

Some years ago, after a diagnosis of seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp, my dermatologist gave me a sample of Tarsum Shampoo. I tried it and found it to be quite effective in controlling itch and much less expensive than a prescription. I use it about once a week and have had no more scalp symptoms. While strong, it is gentle on the hair. I follow with a good moisturizer or hair mask. Recommended.

ProsWorks Great.A bottle lasts a long time.ConsSmells not so great. It doesn't smell as bad a T-Gel. After getting through half a bottle, you get to like the smell.
