This is by far the best shampoo I've ever used. I've never believed that a shampoo could help "treating" the hair, I just thought that shampoo was only to clean and wash the hair and that's it. But as my hair was really dry and breaking, I decided to search a little more about all kinds of products for the hair.I have bleached high lighted hair and it is very damaged and dry because of the chemical process. Since I started to use this shampoo, my hair stopped breaking (of course, I use a good conditioner too). I also used the leave in of the same brand, but I didn't like it. The leave in didn't leave my hair soft, silk or easy to comb. But this shampoo is the best. It's creamy and the 1500ml bottle lasts for a long time. My mom has natural hair and my sister also do chemical process on her curly hair and they loved this shampoo. I highly recommend this product.

I have used L'oreal Serie Expert Intense Repair Shampoo for at least 10 years for my below shoulder length, fine hair. It protects the ends and does not weigh down the hair. I use it several times a week. It was recommended by my salon stylist who uses it herself. Do not confuse it with a similar L'Oreal shampoo also in a yellow bottle. They do not work the same and the other one is heavier.
