My dad has used this for years and he loves it. I bought it for him because it is getting harder and harder to find these "old" products, since everyday it seems there is a new high tech shampoo on the shelf. Its a great shampoo and leaves your hair squeaky clean.

I'm a hair colorist and recently tinted my blonde hair dark. A month later, I hate it and miss my blonde hair. Because my hair is bleached it would break off if I tried to bleach the color out. Instead of doing this I am washing my hair with Prell and deep conditioning it. If you have tinted black hair and want to go lighter, just wash your hair with Prell instead of your normal shampoo. It will strip your hair of much of it's color and make it easier on your hair when you do bleach it.

I used this shampoo for years, but it seems to have vanished from most brick-and-mortar stores so I'm glad I can get it online. Most of what I can find in stores leaves my oily hair feeling too greasy afterwards; Prell leaves it feeling clean and manageable.
