This stuff has saved my scalp! Regular products give me chemical induced rashes, natural products usually leave me with limp hair and lots of build up, Dr. Bronner's Citrus Hair Conditioning Rinse is the solution!I have fine, straight hair with very little body and an extremely sensitive scalp. Every morning I use an undiluted nickle to quarter-sized dollop of this conditioner, rub it evenly into my soaking wet hair (using a circular motion with medium pressure), rinse until it feels like it's pretty much all out (while doing the same massaging motion), finger comb my hair and air dry. No shampoo, no mixing the goop in a cup with water, no waiting five minutes for the conditioner to "work".And the results... my hair seems thicker, shinier, has more volume, even has a little wave! My scalp doesn't itch, there's no build up and I'm able to wear black shirts again because my dandruff is all gone! The lemon juice has even given my hair some pretty fantastic natural highlights, although it's true that it can cause some stinging like they warn on the bottle. I found that the stinging went away once my scalp finished healing.The smell and color may take some getting used to, but I personally don't find it as offensive as some of the other reviewers. I like the earthy, citrusy scent and the smell doesn't stay in your hair. In fact, my hair smells really great after washing. I do use a natural shampoo about once a week and then follow with the conditioning rinse. The weekly shampoo makes my hair feel "cleaner" while still getting the benefits of just using the conditioner the rest of the time.As if my hair and scalp being the happiest they've ever been wasn't enough, Dr. Bronner's is pretty much the best body care company out there when it comes to transparency and responsibility in producing their products. I LOVE that they can proudly show the USDA organic symbol on the front of their packaging. I also love their peppermint bar soap (sorry, not a fan of the liquid) and their peppermint lip balm.

Great if you were scared to use Dr. Bronners soap as a Shampoo and/or tried it and it left your hair flat and tangled. This leaves my hair tangle-free and with a decent amount of body and shine. It smells great. Take 2-3 caps of the stuff and pour into an empty bottle, then pour about 1 cup of water into the same bottle(what I do is pour a solid 3 cap fulls, then fill the rest of the bottle with water) . Shake. It will last you forever.Shampooing/washing body with Dr. Bronner's Liquid soap(also diluted)( I like the Peppermint) and conditioning with Dr. Bronner's Citrus Conditioning rinse is also a very GREEN way to shower! It's REALLY all natural.

The FDA has allowed so many harmful chemicals in our personal care products the only way to be safe is to check the ingredients of all your bath products. Many of these chemicals have been banned from food, but in the FDA's infinite stupidity they let you put them on your body where they are absorbed through your skin!!! Dr Bronners products are all natural and this hair conditioner is excellent.It makes my whole scalp tingle, they even warn you of this. You must keep it out of your eyes because it will sting. If people want their health back you MUST go organic and this Hair product works great for me.
