CHI Nourish Intense Hydrating Silk Hair Bath is the most luxurious hydrating shampoo that makes my hair soft and healthy looking. I absolutely love it. However, I ordered this product and did not get the same product that I purchased from an authorized Chi dealer. Chi products do not use sodium lauryl sulfate in their products. I was very disappointed when I found that the second ingredient was sodium laureth sulfate, and the third was sodium lauryl sulfate. SLS is a cheap detergent chemical that is used in many hygiene products, and dries out my hair. I returned this product. I rarely if ever do reviews but this particular product is amazing. I have been on a hair journey to find the right products for my dry relaxed hair and I happened to be in a marshalls and decided to try it because it was only 8 bucks. It was like I stumbled on gold. I use it once a week and I am able to stretch my relaxers longer because i swear once it melts in your hair, it turns to butter! I am able to detangle my hair easily with no problems. Never had a shampoo that could do that alone. It will be a staple in my regimen and I won't be using any other shampoo and I have tried all types. Try it, if you are relaxed, want to stretch your relaxers, hate detangling your hair, hate dry hair, both textures respond with this product (which is hard to find with my type of hair usually the relaxed loves it and my new growth hates it or vice versa)

I would say that this shampoo seriously helps to take the pain out of detangling. I'm very pleased with it. In fact, it's one of the best shampoos I've ever used. I used to have difficulty with finding cleansers that were gentle enough. Most name brand shampoos leave my hair extremely stripped, even the salon brands that claim to be formulated for dry or chemically treated hair. So....five stars from me!
