We luv it. I see a big difference using the joico silk result shampoo and the joico silk result conditioner. I notice our hair is really soft and more manageable. Great product highly recommend it.

I have very thick course hair and it's hard to find a shampoo & conditioner that makes my hair manageable and soft. I used to use Goldwell but it was over $30 for a medium sized bottle so that was out. I searched for a new shampoo after grocery store products were leaving my hair looking like straw. This stuff worked after just one use and I'm a believer. I'm going to continue buying this as long as the price stays reasonable. I just wish someone in my area sold it so I didn't have to order it. I waited almost a week for the conditioner and it felt like the longest week of my life!
