This is the best if you have naturally thick, medium silky hair and like to wear it at shoulder to longer length. The Bed Head Tigi shampoo penetrates deep into all layers and gently lifts away dirt and excess oil leaving your hair with a brilliant natural glow.People will remark about how nice your hair suddenly looks. If this is your first time using this product or if your hair is extra-greasy I would recommend shampooing up twice. As a home office worker I only shampoo up with this product once a week to keep my hair shining like gold and beautiful. If I was still working in a grease pit I'd want to shampoo up daily or just every working day with this shampoo.The best thing I have to say about this product is it will not leave your scalp: dry, itchy, flaky, or over-oiled like so many other products on the shelves. If you have hair down to your rear then you'll want to shampoo up your scalp and upper back areas and then use the Tigi conditioning not more often than whenever you shampoo on the lower back and tips.This shampoo has a strong sour orange smell to it, the smell does follow you around, and will ambush you whenever your working hard or breaking a sweat.
